- Returned items must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
- Once received, your return will go through a quality check.
- After the item(s) are approved, we’ll notify you and process your exchange or refund (original shipping costs are non-refundable).
- Please allow up to 7 days for processing.
If you’re experiencing any structural or plating issues with your jewellery, please visit our Replacement Service page to submit a replacement request.
