Returns & Exchanges
Returns & Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Gift cards, sample and sale pieces, earrings, and custom-made items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Follow the instructions provided in our Returns Portal.
- Use the supplied label to send your item(s) back.
- Returned items must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
- Once received, your return will go through a quality check.
- After the item(s) are approved, we’ll notify you and process your exchange or refund (original shipping costs are non-refundable).
- Please allow up to 7 days for processing.

Return and exchange costs are covered by the customer.
If your item is faulty, please complete our replacement service form. Shipping costs are reimbursed after inspection.
If items arrive safely back at our warehouse, we may offer a replacement. Otherwise, only 50% of the order value may be refunded. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed once the return is received and approved.
For any delay, please check with your bank first, then contact us if needed.
Gift returns are issued as store credit.
