Returns and Exchanges
Final-Sale Items
Gift cards, sample and archive-sale pieces, earrings, and custom-made items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
How to Return
Email customercare@teaandtequila.com to request a return.
Timeframe
- Refunds: available within 14 days of delivery
- Exchanges: available within 30 days of delivery
Condition
Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Return Shipping
Customers cover return shipping unless the item is faulty. If faulty, shipping costs are reimbursed after inspection.
We strongly recommend a tracked, insured service and secure packaging - especially for jewellery (please avoid visible or unprotected packaging).
Refused / Returned-to-Sender Orders
If items arrive safely back at our warehouse, we may offer a replacement. Otherwise, only 50% of the order value may be refunded. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Refunds are processed once the return is received and approved.
For any delay, please check with your bank first, then contact us if needed.
Gifts
Gift returns are issued as store credit.
Replacements
Faulty items will be replaced, with return shipping reimbursed after inspection.
