We offer Complimentary Care and a Lifetime Replacement Service depending on the issue, and how long ago the item was purchased. Our services provide replacements only; we do not offer repairs.

If your jewellery falls outside the Complimentary Care window, we offer a Lifetime Replacement Service for both UK and international customers:
• £40 per item for tarnishing or discolouration
• £60 per item for structural damage

Most restocks take 4–6 weeks due to the artisanal creation process. Sign up on the product page to be notified when it returns.

Returned-to-sender orders can be re-shipped, or refunded at 50%.

No. All international orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), so duties, taxes, and customs fees are included in the price you pay at checkout. There should be no additional charges upon delivery.
