Orders & Shipping
We usually ship within 2–3 business days, but during busy periods processing may take longer. You’ll receive a notification with tracking once your order is dispatched.
We ship worldwide. UK and international orders are usually sent via Royal Mail or DHL. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and courier.
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, please email us as soon as possible. Once dispatched, changes and cancellations are not possible.
returns & exchanges
Refunds are available within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are available within 30 days. Items must be unused, with labels attached and in original condition.
Non-returnable items:

- Warehouse sale items
- Sample sale items, including those purchased in person

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty. We recommend a trackable service.
PRODUCTS & CARE
Store pieces in a soft pouch or box, separated to avoid scratches. Remove before showering, swimming, or sleeping. Apply perfumes and lotions before putting on your jewellery. Gently wipe with a soft cloth after wear and keep away from direct sunlight.
Jewellery
We offer Complimentary Care and a Lifetime Replacement Service for jewellery, depending on your location, the issue, and how long ago the item was purchased. Our services provide replacements only; we do not offer repairs.
Complimentary Care
• UK customers: Structural issues are covered for 12 months from purchase, and plating issues for 6 months from purchase.
• International customers: Structural and plating issues are covered for 3 months from purchase.
Lifetime Replacement Service
If your jewellery falls outside the Complimentary Care window, we offer a Lifetime Replacement Service for both UK and international customers:
• £40 per item for tarnishing or discolouration
• £60 per item for structural damage

Apparel
For garments, manufacturing faults visible on arrival are eligible for:
• Refunds within 14 days of delivery
• Exchanges within 30 days of delivery
After 30 days, we’re unable to offer replacements or refunds. For repairs in the UK, we recommend The Seam, where you can get 20% off with code TEAANDTEQUILA20.
Manufacturing faults for apparel include:
• Faulty zippers on arrival
• Missing or non-functional buttons on arrival
• Open seams or construction faults visible on arrival
• Fabric defects visible on arrival
To raise a claim for faulty apparel items, please contact customercare@teaandtequila.com with your order number (or the full name of the original customer) and clear photos of the issue.
STOCK & AVAILABILITY
Most restocks take 4–6 weeks due to the artisanal making process. Sign up on the product page to be notified when it returns.
If this happens, we’ll let you know right away. You can wait for the restock or request a full refund.
Yes, you can add a note at checkout with your preferences. Please keep in mind availability varies and flexibility helps us find the best match.
ORDERS RETURNED OR MISSING
Returned-to-sender orders can be re-shipped once shipping costs are covered, or refunded at 50%.
Please email customercare@teaandtequila.com as soon as your estimated delivery date has passed. Include your order numberand any tracking details. Our team will investigate with the courier and keep you updated.
PAYMENTS & DUTIES
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options shown at checkout.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes charged upon arrival in their country. These charges are set by local authorities, so they’re completely out of our hands and non-refundable, even if you decide to return your order.
