We offer complimentary care for 1 year, with jewellery replacement for any craftsmanship issues.
Craftsmanship issues include broken; gemstones, pearls, links or closures.
What to do
Please email customercare@teaandtequila.com with your order number and a photograph of your piece. A replacement will be sent out to you on receipt of your return.
We offer complimentary care for 6 months, with a jewellery replacement for any plating issues.

OUTSIDE OF GUARANTEE
Our Lifetime Replacement Service allows you to replace your jewellery at any time beyond the Complimentary Care period.
This service provides a brand new replacement. We do not offer repairs. Original pieces must be returned and are recycled as part of our circular and sustainable production practices.
Fees
Plating Issues - £40 per item (plus shipping)
This includes:
• Visible tarnishing
• Discolouration of the metal surface
• Loss of plating finish due to wear or material ageing
Structural Damage - £60 per item (plus shipping)
This includes:
• Broken gemstones or pearls
• Broken links
• Faulty clasps or closures
• Missing gemstones or pearls

Once submitted, our team will review your request and contact you within 2–3 business days with the next steps.
Terms and Conditions:
• Shipping costs are not covered under Lifetime Replacement. Customers are responsible for return shipping of the original item and shipping fees for the replacement item.
• International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees. Tea & Tequila does not cover or reimburse customs-related charges.
• Lifetime Replacement is not available for sample sale items, discounted items, discontinued items, garments, or any non-jewellery items.
