Complimentary Care
Our complimentary care service provides a brand new replacement. We do not offer repairs. Original pieces must be returned and are recycled as part of our circular and sustainable production model.
Complimentary Care is provided for 12 months from purchase.
This includes jewellery replacement for manufacturing issues such as:
• Broken gemstones or pearls
• Broken links
• Faulty clasps or closures
• Missing gemstones or pearls
• Visible tarnishing or discolouration in the metal
Product Eligibility
The following items are not eligible for complimentary care:
• Sample sale items
• Final sale items
• Any non-jewellery items
Outside the Complimentary Care Window
If your item falls outside the complimentary care timeframe, we offer our Lifetime Replacement Service for a small fee. Please complete the form below.
Shipping & Returns
• The faulty item must be returned in order to receive a replacement
• Return shipping is covered by Tea & Tequila under complimentary care
• Once your request is approved, you will receive a return label to send the item back to our London Studio.

If you’re based outside the UK, our complimentary care service includes a brand new replacement (we don’t offer repairs in this case). We just ask that the customer covers the shipping cost for the replacement.

Lifetime replacement service
Our Lifetime Replacement Service allows you to replace your jewellery at any time beyond the complimentary care period.
This service provides a brand new replacement. We do not offer repairs. Original items must be returned and are recycled as part of our circular and sustainable production model.
Replacements
Plating issues - £40 per item (plus shipping).
For when your item has visible tarnishing.
Structural damage - £60 per item (plus shipping)
For when your item has:
• Broken gemstones or pearls
• Broken links
• Faulty clasps or closures
• Missing gemstones or pearls

Terms and Conditions:
• Shipping costs are covered by the customer, both the return shipping of the original item and the dispatch of the replacement item.
• International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees. Tea & Tequila does not cover or reimburse customs-related charges.
• Lifetime Replacement is not available for sample sale items, discontinued items, or any non-jewellery items.
