Returns & Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of purchase.
Gift cards, sample and sale pieces, earrings, and custom-made items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Returned items must be in perfect condition, unused and with all their original packaging intact.
Return costs are covered by the customer, UK exchanges are covered by Tea & Tequila. International exchanges must be processed as a return, and the exchange item ordered separately.
If your item is faulty, please complete our replacement service form. Shipping costs are reimbursed after inspection.
We strongly recommend sending your item via a tracked service in secure, discreet packaging. Please ensure the contents are not visible and are well protected in transit.
If items arrive safely back at our warehouse, we may offer a replacement. Otherwise, only 50% of the order value may be refunded. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed once the return is received and approved.

Gift returns are issued as store credit.
