Once your order is shipped, you will be notified with a tracking number you can use to track your delivery.

For UK orders

  • Standard Shipping (Under 7 Days)£5.00
  • First Class (2-3 days)£6.50 (orders under 2kg) or £9.00 (orders over 2kg)
  • Express Shipping (24-48 hours excluding weekends and bank holidays) - £7.50 (orders under 2kg) or £10.00 (orders over 2kg)

For international orders

To the USA:

  • Standard shipping (3-6 days) - £15.00

To Europe:

  • Standard shipping (3-6 days) - £19.00

To the rest of the world:

  • Standard shipping (3-6 days) - £19.00

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns & exchanges for up to 30 days from the date of purchase, we offer full exchanges for any other item/size or you can choose a credit note to use at our online store. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or has any missing parts that is no fault of ours. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you send from, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us may vary.

If you are shipping an item valued above £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)

To be eligible for a refund, you must return the items within a maximum of 14 days from the date you receive them. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, this sometimes can take a few days to show on your account depending on the bank.
