BREXIT Shipping Update

We want to thank you for all your support and patience with us while we learn to navigate through the recent changes. 

Our products are produced in Mexico. We stock and ship from Mexico and the UK. Please allow us up to 3 days to process orders.

Once your order is shipped, you will be notified with a tracking number you can use to track your delivery.

For UK orders

  • Standard Tracked Shipping (Under 7 Days) £5.00
  • First Class (2-3 days) Tracked £6.50
  • Express Shipping (24-48 hours excluding weekends and bank holidays) Tracked - £7.50

For Mexico orders

We offer free shipping for all orders to Mexico. 

For EU orders

We will be continuing to ship to countries within the EU.
 
After some research, we have decided the best way for us to move forward for now is to cover any customs and duty charges you may receive on receipt of your order with a store credit for the same amount.
 
When you purchase something from the UK worth more than €150 you will receive customs declaration charges. It may be helpful to Google your area's VAT & Customs charges to have an idea of what they will be before you place your order.

For all other international orders

Orders are not inclusive of duties charges.

To the USA:

  • US orders over £200 are eligible for free shipping
  • Standard tracked shipping (3-6 days) - £15.00

    To the rest of the world:

    • International orders over £200 are eligible for free shipping
    • Standard tracked shipping (3-6 days) - £19.00

    Returns & Exchanges

    For refunds please return your item to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items returned to us outside of this window will be eligible for an exchange only.
     
    We are happy to process exchanges for up to 30 days after receiving your order. 
     
    We will only authorise refunds & exchanges for items that are unused, with the label tag still in place and in the same condition that you received them in.
     
    Gift cards, sale items and jewellery are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
     
    Please kindly email customerservice@teaandtequila.com to request a return. 
    Once confirmed, we will send you the returns address. 
     
    Please also note that the shipping cost is non-refundable and the cost of shipping to return your item back to us is at your expense (unless the item is faulty, then we will happily reimburse you upon inspection).
     
    We cannot guarantee the arrival of your return to us so we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
     

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first double check with your bank.
    If it is not there and you should have received your refund already, please contact us at customercare@teaandtequila.com.


    Gifts (if applicable)
    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
