CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY:

Valid for orders placed between 14th November 2024 and 25th December 2024:
• For refunds, please request a return by 8th January 2025.
• For exchanges, please request a return by 24th January 2025.

As our team works through their emails post-Christmas, we kindly ask that you refrain from sending multiple inquiries. If you contact us within the specified timeframes, that is fine—please note our response time may vary. Rest assured, we are working through all requests and will get back to you as soon as possible. ARCHIVE SALE: 
All sales from our Archive Sale collection are final. We will not be accepting any refunds or exchanges on these items.

Our products are produced in Mexico and we stock and ship from the UK.

Please allow up to 3 working days for us to process your order, especially during periods close to our restock date due to the high volume of orders. Our team is working diligently to get your order out as soon as possible.

 
For UK orders
DHL express - £3.90 for all items.

For Mexico orders
£4.00 in Mexico City.
£9.00 for orders outside of Mexico City. 

For EU orders
Standard tracked shipping (2-11 business days) 
£16.50 Royal Mail International [7 - 25 days] - Orders over €150 may incur import duties
£24.00 for items less than 1kg
£28.00 for items 1kg or more. 

 For USA Orders 
Standard tracked shipping (2-11 business days) 
$20.00 Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed - Price Excludes Import Duties
$35.00 DHL for items less than 1kg
$37.00 DHL for items 1kg or more 
 For Australia Orders :

For orders to the rest of the world:

£48.00 for items 1kg or more. 
All international Orders are exclusive of VAT but not inclusive of possible duty charges

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy
For refunds please return your item to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items returned to us outside of this window will be eligible for an exchange only.
 
We are happy to process exchanges for up to 30 days after receiving your order. 
 
We will only authorise refunds & exchanges for items that are unused, with the label tag still in place and in the same condition that you received them in.

We are unable to provide a full refund for orders that are marked as "Refused" or "Returned to Sender", including cases when customers refuse to fulfill the required customs payments or to pick up their orders held by the courier. These orders are not guaranteed to reach our warehouse and therefore eligible for a 50% refund. We provide replacement assistance as an alternative remediation for these types of orders. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. 

 
Gift cards, sample sale items and earrings are not eligible for exchanges or refunds. Sales are final.
 
Please kindly email customercare@teaandtequila.com to request a return. 
Once confirmed, we will send you the returns address. Please include a note with your name, order number and reason for return or fill in the returns note included.
 
Please also note that the shipping cost is non-refundable and the cost of shipping to return your item back to us is at your expense (unless the item is faulty upon arrival, then we will happily reimburse you upon inspection).
 
We cannot guarantee the arrival of your return to us so we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Please make sure this is packaged appropriately, so that the item won't get damaged in transit. With jewellery especially, please make sure it is not identifiable  to anyone handling the package. Please do not use an envelope!
 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first double check with your bank.
If it is not there and you should have received your refund already, please contact us at customercare@teaandtequila.com.


Gifts (if applicable)
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
