- Choose a ring that already fits your finger perfectly. Place it onto a ruler and measure the internal diameter of the ring in millimetres (mm). For the most accurate result, measure straight across the centre of the ring from inner edge to inner edge. Make sure your ruler starts exactly at the 0mm mark.
- Use the measurements below to match your internal diameter measurement to the correct ring size.
